We perform ISO, process or risk audits for all clients, large or small. We perform audits upon request or as part of an ongoing audit program.
The value of each audit comes from managing risks, strengthening internal controls, measuring operational effectiveness, reducing costs, eliminating waste and assuring stakeholders business requirements are satisfied.
Regularly scheduled or periodic assessments provide trendline data to determine baseline and benchmark performance improvement.

ISO 9000, QS 9000, TQM
We prepare companies for registration, write Quality Manuals, train Internal Auditors, conduct pre-assessment audits, teach SPC, TQM, Auditing, and Problem Solving, setup Corrective Action Programs, act as coach, facilitator and councilor, and provide technical support for companies on ISO, QS and TQM matters.
