Lee S. Rigsby is the Principal Consultant and Director of Vanguard Solutions, Inc.
He was previously the Director of the Technical Services Division of Standard Laboratories, Inc. and, before that, the Manager of Technical Services for Ashland Coal, Inc. Lee holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Marshall University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University.
Lee has over 30 years experience in the coal industry. His consulting experience includes quality control, blending, weighing, sampling, and analysis for domestic and international shipments, ASTM and ISO standards, and coal supply agreements and contracts. Lee is a court recognized expert and has provided reports, depositions and testimony in meetings, mediations, arbitrations and litigations on a variety of matters.

Larry Copley is the Operations Manager of Vanguard Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for bias testing, inspections and special projects.
Larry has worked for Vanguard Solutions since 2010.
